Contact

One email. Straight to the team.

No forms, no chatbots, no “our representative will contact you.” Write to us and the engineer who would actually run your work reads it — usually the same working day. If you can type a sentence, you can contact us. That’s the design.

The practical details

What to expect from us

Response time

Inquiries received on a working day are reviewed the same day. A consultation slot is usually offered within 48 hours — by a human, with a time, not a “we’ll be in touch”.

Support window

Monday to Saturday, standard business hours. Urgent website downtime is handled any time — a site that’s down doesn’t keep office hours.

What to write

Your name, your organization, and one problem you want solved first. A link to your current website helps, if you have one. That’s genuinely all we need to start.

How we meet

In person at your campus or office, or a video call — whichever suits your schedule. First talks are 30 minutes, plain language, no jargon, no pitch deck.

What happens next

The first two weeks, step by step

So you know exactly what you’re getting into when you hit send.

A

We read your email

Your note lands with the engineer who would run the work — not a queue, not a ticket system. Usually the same working day.

B

30-minute talk

We walk through your current setup and the one problem you named. By email, phone, or on site — plain language throughout.

C

Written plan

You receive a short written scope: what we’ll do, in what order, over how long, at what effort. Keep it; share it with whoever you like.

D

Step 01 begins

On your go-ahead, discovery starts at a time that suits your calendar — exams, festivals and busy seasons are worked around, never into.

A note on this website: the content is protected — text can’t be selected and screenshots are disabled. If you need anything in written form — a scope, a proposal, a document — just ask in your email and we’ll send it directly. That’s what the email is for.
